The apartment is in an excellent location. It is modern and very clean with a gorgeous view and access to a large communal garden. The sea front is a short walk away, and there are convenience stores and pubs/restaurants close by. The hosts were very communicative, and there's also a comprehensive info pack in the apartment. My friend's little boy also loved the telescope! The only thing I would point out to anyone thinking of booking is that it is at the top of the building, so not accessible for anyone with mobility problems. If you are able to walk up 3 short flights of stairs then, book it!

Very convenient and comfortable stay at this beautiful apartment. This is a great apartment in a beautiful old building . It was spotless on our arrival and well equipped . The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and a very nice shower room. There are lovely views from the large and airy living room. The very high ceilings and architecture made the place feel a bit special and there were comfy sofas and a great tv. The wonderful beach is an easy flat walk - so this is a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Inverdon! We are a family of 4 with a 4 year old and an 8 year old. The 2 bedroom flat was comfortable for the 4 of us, with the kids sharing a bed. The living room is huge, the kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom is lovely with the walk-in shower, we really couldn't have asked for more. The flat is walking distance to the beach, though we drove as we had tons of stuff and the parking is free. its reqlly close to the city center and other attractions like Culzean Castle, where we spent a lovely day. David and Tia were really helpful and responsive. We booked at really short notice and within 5 hours of booking we were in the house. They were so accommodating and even left us some bottles of water and maltesers (which the kids loved). We would highly recommend staying here, and if we are back in the area, we would love to stay again.

This was an amazing property to stay at, we used it as a base whilst travelling all over Scotland.

 

Absolutely stunning lounge, with great views, great location, very short, easy walk to Ayr Beach. Also a short walk to a pub (Fox and Willow, which I recommend highly, amazing food). The property was very clean, had all the facilities needed, kitchen was well stocked should you want to self-cater, things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid are provided, also a nice touch was ice cube trays in the freezer. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again should we be needing a property in Ayr. Very happy customers.

An absolute pleasure, the best we have stayed at! David & Tia communicated well and were very understanding. Inverdon is a very comfortable and clean apartment, set in a beautiful location, with views across the old racecourse and hills beyond. Everything you would need is provided, including a welcome pack containing local information and instructions for the use of heating/wifi password etc and bottle water chilling in the fridge. The apartment has high ceilings, comfortable beds, large TV with Netflix and all the appliances you would need. A great base to explore Scotland, a choice you wouldn't regret. There is plenty of parking for cars on-site and unlimited parking on-street; which we used as we had a van. There were no issues at all, even with a fully loaded van parked up overnight. Would definitely like to stay again with no hesitation.
There was nothing to not like. The whole area was clean, safe and to be honest unexpected. Even venturing out in the evening was a pleasure. The locals are friendly and the surrounding properties were to die for.

An absolute treasure of an apartment, we will definitely be returning for many trips to come.

As a family of 4, we loved the freedom of staying in the apartment where we could relax and have the space to do so, unlike staying in a hotel where we are all crammed in one room.

The children loved being able to watch TV in bed, and  the use of Netflix and Amazon TV was great. The younger one had so much room to play he even made a den under the table and loved looking through the telescope at the golfers. The view from the lounge window was ever changing and you could happily sit there for a good while just enjoying the peace and quiet.  

 

The kitchen was well equipped and even had the things you always forget to bring, like tea and coffee and condiments.

 The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Absolutely spotless when we arrived, and the owners were quick to reply to any messages.

Location is really good and the off road parking a God-send when you don't travel light!!

A fantastic location and a beautiful apartment with lots of character, the modern convenience of the well equipped bathroom and kitchen with amazing views over the countryside, and only a short walk to the beach, great local pubs situated in a couple of hotels a couple of minutes walk away, even with the weather being mixed we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend. We loved everything about this property!

We loved staying here. The flat was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Squeaky clean and with so many amenities. Easy check in and great clear instructions for everything. A very short walk to the seafront and a great little shop. We would love to visit again!​
